How does the reward program work?

- Every LOUIE purchase earns you points that can be redeemed for cash discounts on future orders! To collect your points, make sure you create an account at checkout – or – if you already have an account, make sure you are signed in so your points can be applied to your account. Every $1 you spend earns you 1 point. Check out our Rewards for additional point redemptions. You can access your points transaction in your account.
- 50 Points = $5 OFF
- 100 Points = $10 OFF
How do I redeem my reward points and apply for the discount?

- Make sure you are signed in to your account. Your reward points can be redeemed at checkout above your billing information. Simply press the “APPLY POINTS” button, and at checkout – you will see the reflected discount.
How do I check my rewards balance?

- You can check your rewards balance by visiting your Account page. It will be under the “MY POINTS” tab.
Do my reward points expire?

- Your reward points expire after a year. For example, if you purchased on March 1 of last year, your points will expire on March 1 this year.
