General Q
What is CBD?

- Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the naturally occurring compounds in hemp plants. There are over 180 cannabinoids! Unlike its psychoactive counterpart, THC, CBD will not get you high. CBD works with the body’s endocannabinoid system, which is the system responsible for regulating mood, pain, memory, and appetite. This interaction can produce some incredible results!
Are your products legal in the US?
- CBD is legal in all 50 states. Louie products are legal because they are made with industrial hemp containing less than 0.3% THC, grown in compliance with the US Farm Bill.
Are your products 3rd party lab tested?
- Louie believes in transparency in our line of work. You will find lab reports on the individual product pages. All of our products are sourced from organically grown hemp in strict compliance with the US Farm Bill. We go through third-party lab testing on all of our batches to test for the highest quality and potency. We do this to ensure the consistency and purity of terpenes, phytonutrients, and essential fatty acids. Only when we have gone through the steps to make sure our products are of the highest quality – we can bring them to the community.
Are your products organic? Gluten-Free?
- We source our CBD oil from organic Non-GMO hemp farms. All of our ingredients are organic and gluten-free.
What is the difference between CBD derived from hemp vs. marijuana?
- All of our products are derived from hemp. CBD from hemp has low THC levels (0.03%) compared to CBD from marijuana. When you ingest CBD from hemp, you will get all the benefits of CBD without the psychoactive effects of THC.
Will I get high?
- No. Cannabidiol (CBD) is non-psychoactive and thus, does not provide the “high” that is associated with Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
Are CBD products safe?
- Our CBD products contain less than 0.3% THC so you will not high, thus it is safe to use. Please remember to follow the instructions on each of the products. You can find instructions on how to use the products under each product page description.
Will I be able to pass a drug test?
- Drug tests identify the residual amounts of THC in the blood. Our Full Spectrum CBD products made from hemp oil may contain very little THC (less than 0.3%) Therefore, there is still a small chance that using any of our full spectrum products can lead to a positive drug test. Our non-THC products might be a better fit for those who are required to be tested for your jobs. Louie makes no guarantee that users of CBD or hemp-based products will or will not fail a drug test or drug screening.
Do your products expire? How long is the shelf?
- We have an expiration date printed on the bottom of each product. You can also check our Certificate of Analysis (COA) – found on our Lab Reports page for the Batch # of each product.
- For the best shelf life, please keep your CBD in a cool, dry area out of direct sunlight. Doing so will help to preserve the hemp extract for as long as possible. You can even store them in refrigerators!

- Our products are sourced and made in the USA.

Points & Rewards Q
How does the reward program work?
- Every LOUIE purchase earns you points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. First, make sure you create an account at checkout. If you already have an account, make sure you are signed in so that your points get applied to your account. Every $1 you spend earns you 1 point. Check out our Rewards page for additional point redemptions. You can access all of your points transactions in your account.

How do I redeem my points & apply for the discount?
- Make sure you are signed in to your account. Your reward points can be redeemed at checkout above your billing information.
- If you wish to apply the points at that time, simply press the “APPLY POINTS” button, and at check out – you will see the reflected discount.
How do I check my rewards balance?

- You can check your rewards balance by visiting your Account page. It will be under the “MY POINTS” tab.
Do my reward points expire?
- Your reward points expire after a year. For example, if you purchased on March 1 of last year, your points will expire on March 1 this year.
When will I receive my products?

- After processing your order, your products will ship out for free and will arrive within 2-4 business days.
Subscription Q
What is the points program and how does it work with my subscription?

As part of our program, you can expect us to send free product offers, additional discounts, exclusive event invites, perks from our favorite partners, and more! The longer you subscribe, the more we show you our appreciation!
What products can I subscribe to?

- Our entire collection of Louie products are a part of our subscription program. You’ll receive a 15% discount and free shipping with every order. You can rely on us to give you what you need when you need it!
Can I apply the discount codes I receive in the newsletter?

- Discounted codes are not able to be applied to your monthly subscription, but don’t worry – you will get plenty of promotional perks within our subscription program including free products and event invites!
What if I want to cancel my subscription?

- You can cancel anytime. No obligations are required. You are eligible for subscription perks including free products only if you are subscribed to a minimum of three months. Please log in to your account to update your subscription.
How do I change my shipping address or my payment method?

- All subscriptions require an account. Please log in to your account to update your shipping and payment information.
When will I be charged for my subscription?

- You will be charged for your subscription on the date of your initial order, and then depending on your delivery interval, it would be charged the same initial weekday that you placed your order – with the expectation of 2 or 4 weeks interval in mind.
- ****For example, if you ordered on a Friday and chose the 2 weeks interval, you’ll be charged 2 weeks after on a Friday. Your products will be shipped out after that.
When will I receive my products?

- After processing your order, your products will ship out for free and will arrive within 2-4 business days. If you would like to change the date of your subscription, please contact us through email at [email protected]
Refund Q
What is your return policy?
- We have a RISK-FREE Trial for our first-time customers. You can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. You will need to cover the return shipping costs. We will email you a return label to ship the product back and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
- Our general return policy: Full Refund within 30 days of your purchase on unopened, unused products. Return shipping is not included.
Can I exchange my products?
- No, we only do returns. You can return the products, unused and unopened, to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to purchase a different product, please make another order – we do offer free shipping!
Shipping Q
When should I expect my order to ship and arrive?
- Our processing time frame is from 2-3 business days.
- Our standard free shipping is from 2-4 business days unless you paid for expedited shipping service.
Tracking information says my package was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?
- While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will always do what we can to get you your Louie CBD order! Reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will do as much as we can to assist you!
Gift Cards Q
After purchasing an E-gift card, when will it be sent to my recipient?

- If you are purchasing the gift card and scheduling it for “NOW”, it would be sent over immediately.
- You can schedule a delivery date for your gift cards. Scheduled gift card(s) are delivered on the picked delivery date, at approximately the same time that the gift card product was added to the cart.
- The delivery date/time is calculated using the timezone of the customer as a reference.

- For example, if a gift card product was added to the cart on January 10th, at 12:20 PM PST, and was scheduled for delivery on January 25th, it will be delivered on January 25th at 12:20 PM PST.
Does the E-gift card ever expire?
